What's Covered

  • Structural metal defects resulting in loss of structural integrity
  • Metal cooking surface defects under normal use conditions
  • Defective ancillary components (thermometer, casters, ball transfers, tabletops)
  • Manufacturing defects in accessories purchased from Gather Grills LLC
  • Any component found to be defective — eligible for repair or replacement

What's Not Covered

  • Rust, oxidation, fading, discoloring, or blemishes (unless causing structural failure)
  • Coating chips or scratches that do not affect structural integrity
  • Labor charges for determining or replacing defective parts
  • Freight charges to return or ship parts
  • Damage from improper assembly, operation, or failure to maintain per the user manual
  • Units that have been resold or transferred to another owner
  • Use of incompatible components, accessories, or fuels
  • Incidental or consequential damages

Email us at ignite@gathergrills.com with your order number, proof of your date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.

Send Photos & Details

Include photos of the affected area along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.

We Diagnose & Resolve

Our team will review your claim and determine whether repair or replacement is the best path forward. If a return is approved, original components must be shipped back to us prepaid.

Once resolved, your Gather Grill is back to its best. We stand behind every grill we build — because the gathering shouldn't stop.

Common Questions

To process a warranty claim, we require proof of your date of purchase. An order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice works fine. Please include this when you first reach out to our team.
No — the warranty is void if the unit is resold or traded to another owner. Coverage applies to the original retail customer only.
Rust, oxidation, fading, discoloring, blemishes, and coating chips or scratches are not covered unless they also result in a loss of structural integrity or component failure. Even stainless steel components can develop surface rust over time when exposed to salt and other substances.
Most claims are diagnosed within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos and description. Approved replacement parts are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. If a return is required, original components must be shipped back to us prepaid.
No. The warranty does not include labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective parts, or freight charges to ship those parts.
Your warranty is void if the unit is not assembled, operated, and maintained per the user manual; if the unit is resold or traded; if incompatible components, accessories, or fuels are used; or if the unit has been abused or improperly maintained.
